Kathy Ann Perry, founder of PeakPerformanceWomen.com, launched the website as an online women's mentoring resource on enhancing body, mind and spirit in achieving Peak Performance. Having a Mission Statement for her Life has propelled Kathy to create the online community for women.

She has been a frequent guest lecturer at the University of South Florida and had an internship program with USF that spanned 10 years, interning 50 students. Kathy leads several MasterMind groups in the Greater Tampa Bay area, as well as virtually.
Ms. Perry has held several executive level positions including, VP of Sales & Marketing with an information technology company with biometric-enabled applications, VP of Sales & Marketing with a network security software company, Senior Partner with a full-service marketing services company, Senior Vice President of a CRM software company and Director of Corporate Resources for a marketing automation software company.
She is a past-president of American Business Women’s Association - Liberty Chapter and served on the Board of Directors of the Tampa Sales & Marketing Executives for two years and chaired the 2003 Peak Performer Awards. Kathy also volunteers in fundraising efforts for the American Cancer Society and Big Cat Rescue.
Kathy has been honored with numerous awards throughout her career; 2002-03 "Woman of the Year" for American Business Women's Association - Liberty Chapter and a finalist for the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce 2002 Small Business Outstanding Leader Award. Her many awards include Millionaire's Club, Super Achiever's Club, as well as ranking #1 in the United States in 1989 in the business systems division of a Fortune 500 company. Kathy was recently named a finalist for the Tampa Bay Business Journal 2006 Woman of the Year Awards in the Business Services category.
Kathy shares her knowledge and experience through motivational and educational seminars at various business and civic organizations. She inspires and motivates her audiences to achieve their personal and professional goals.
A personal message about my own journey:
Each of us has our own journey and the way a person learns and grows is unique. We all ask the questions, "Why am I here?" "What is my purpose?" "What is my life all about?" It's a journey. I didn't find directions for "my journey" in one book or one seminar or in one tape or CD. There is no "magic pill". I gained insight by reading one book, which led to another book, which led to a seminar, then to a CD, all joining to create a huge jigsaw puzzle. As each piece of the puzzle fits into place, soon you begin to see a bigger picture. As you look at all the diverse links to resources on this web site, understand that they are building blocks and they are not in any particular order. Enjoy any of the resources that meet your own needs or you find interesting.
